I can only pray that next time his Senate seat is up for grabs that he’ll be put out to pasture where he belongs. I’d rather have another liberal Democrat in the Senate than him.

I respectfully submit for Mozilla’s consideration my concepts for another web browser. Let’s call it WhiteFox, and it’ll have built-in links for great groups like Stormfront and…
Hey! Where are you going? Don’t you want to listen to my great, diverse idea? I demand this browser in the name of diversity and unity! Don’t you ignore me, you RACISTS!

Written by a fellow Christian libertarian, this sums up my opinion on the issue pretty well.
Never Forget December 7, 2008
Posted by carlbrown in : Uncategorized , add a commentI totally meant to post this earlier today, but I’m glad I managed to get this done while it was still technically Pearl Harbor Day.

Good anarcho-capitalist that I am, I utter despise FDR’s domestic policies (and really there’s lots about his foreign policies I’m not too crazy about either) but I must admit that this speech still moves me every time I hear it.
Remember December 7th.
Cool Links of the Day December 2, 2008
Posted by carlbrown in : Uncategorized , add a commentCheck out this link, which details the story of a small group of Marines in Afghanistan who totally routed an attacking insurgent force. It reminded me a bit of this story from Iraq a few years back.
It really makes me sad that even though America is still producing military heroes in the tradition of Francis Marion, Joshua Chamberlain, Alvin York and Audie Murphy, we only hear about them from alternative news sources, never the mainstream media.

BRAAAAIIINNNSSS! RRRRAAAAHHH!
Man, oh man. Has it really been that long since I’ve posted? I’m so ashamed.
It’s quite sad. I’m feeling like I have little to say as of late. Not to mention, ever since the election, I’ve been feeling more jaded than ever about politics. Still, the show must go on. Regular posting will resume today.

And here is John Hawkins on why the Republican party needs to WAKE UP and stop trying to build the party around “moderates.”
Happy Reformation Day! October 30, 2008
Posted by carlbrown in : Randomosity , 2 commentsMy friends at Bob Jones U, are you bummed that you can’t celebrate Halloween? Fear not! For there is something monumental that you may observe this October 31st!
So dress up in your hooded robe (if you don’t have one, a sheet will do), and tape the 95 Theses on the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences onto as many dorm room doors as you can. Remember to sing “A Mighty Fortress is Our God” as you do so!
When I was in the dorms, my friends and I had a blast with this.
